New Years Resolutions!

Ok, Does anyone really keep their New Years Resolutions?

I'd love to make a few, but I have to be held accountable for them!

1) Lose some of the baby weight. (After 2 years, I dont think I can call it baby weight any longer)
2) Post more on my blog! I don't know if anyone really reads it. But, it's helpful to me! :)
3) Continue in my journey in finding myself in Jesus! This is a continuing journey!

Merry Christmas Eve!

It's Christmas Eve....we have such a busy afternoon and evening ahead of us! So glad we have time to relax right now, because around 2 pm, we are off to Billy's grandmother's house for Christmas Eve lunch. Then, we head over to my parents house to have a traditional Italian dinner for Christmas. :)

Kyra is really enjoying herself today! I hope that she enjoys the rest of the evening and tomorrow as well! :)

Kyra has enjoyed reading The Story of Christmas with Mommy every night. :) She can tell me about Baby Jesus, the donkeys, and the angels. I'm just impressed she paid that close attention to the story!

Snow Day

We had a snow day here on Friday/Saturday (12/18-12/19). It's definitely not as much as most of the East Coast has gotten, but here in Salisbury....this is usually about as good as the snow gets!

New daycare for Kyra

Kyra started her NEW daycare yesterday! For those of you that don't know (and I can't imagine that I haven't told you yet) Kyra had a horrible experience with biting at her old daycare. I felt the need to pull her out and put her in a new one for her safety.

She loved her new daycare. Ms. Tanya is her teacher, who absolutely adores Kyra already! Kyra had a fantastic first and second day. Tomorrow, she will be in a Christmas program with the rest of the 2 year olds from her class. Lots of pictures will be taken!

Kyra got to meet Santa at my work! He took pictures with the school kids and then my Mom brought Kyra up there to have her picture taken! She was scared of him at first, but after he talked to her and let her feel the fur on his coat, touch his gloves....she decided that Santa wasn't all that bad. :)
